“Ranks are not a reward, but a reminder of responsibility. They do not mark an end, but a renewed commitment to the path.”
During the 13th International Eurasia Aikido Festival, held in Ankara from May 21 to 25, 2025, several practitioners were officially recognized for the quality of their practice, their sincere commitment, and their loyalty to the spirit of Budo.
On this day, May 24, 2025, the following individuals were awarded an international rank, acknowledging their technical, ethical, and human level as validated by the examination panel.

“A moment suspended in the silence of the Dojo.
Before the flags of the world and the portraits of those who paved the way, practitioners bow—not to ranks or titles, but to the living legacy of Aikido.
This moment of reflection is more than a ritual; it represents respect, transmission, and a shared spirit beyond borders.
For here, on the tatami, unity is forged in silence, through movement, and from the heart.”
